1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Talimi, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
3. Content & recordings
You retain ownership of the lectures, notes and materials you upload. You grant Talimi a limited license to process them so we can generate summaries, transcripts and study tools for you.
4. Service providers
Mentors, tutors and other service providers on Talimi are independent professionals. Talimi facilitates bookings and payments but is not a party to any consultation.
5. Payments & refunds
Subscription fees and session prices are shown before checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via support@talimi.app.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to upload copyrighted material you don't own, harass other users, or use Talimi for anything unlawful.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Talimi after an update means you accept the new terms.
