Account details you provide (name, email, institution), lecture recordings and files you upload, and basic usage analytics.
How we use your information
To generate summaries, flashcards and quizzes for you; to connect you with service providers you choose to book; and to improve the product.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the AI processing and payment providers we need to deliver Talimi, and when the law requires it.
Retention
Recordings, transcripts and summaries live in your account until you delete them or close your account.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to privacy@talimi.app.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Talimi staff who need it to operate the service.
